Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of VidLasso, operated by Navjyot Nishant, Minnesota, USA. By using VidLasso you agree to them. Contact: hello@vidlasso.com.

1. The service

VidLasso provides YouTube growth tools, Instagram message automation and revenue reporting. During the beta, features may change, and the service is provided without guarantees of availability.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account.

3. Connected platforms

When you connect YouTube or Instagram, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and to Meta's terms and policies for Instagram. You must have the right to manage every account you connect.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use VidLasso to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or messages that break Meta's messaging rules.
• Send content that is illegal, deceptive, harassing or infringing.
• Scrape, resell or misuse data obtained through VidLasso.
• Interfere with or attempt to bypass the security or limits of VidLasso, YouTube or Instagram.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules or put platform access at risk.

5. Your content

You own the content you create and the data you bring. You give us permission to process it only to run the service for you. AI suggestions are provided as drafts; you are responsible for what you publish or send.

6. Payments

Paid plans, if offered, are billed in advance and renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend the service with reasonable notice, or immediately for a serious breach of these terms.

8. Disclaimers

VidLasso is provided "as is". We do not guarantee growth, views, revenue or results, and we are not responsible for changes made by YouTube, Instagram or other third parties.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date above and notify account holders of material changes by email.
